Okay, time for number 11 to 20

11. Bomberman (SNES/Mega Drive)

Once again I have chosen this game as it allows you play with up to four players, I think that multiplayer games are generally the most fun, although normally the one-player mode disappoints as in this case. This game was a real classic in which you need to trap your friends by laying bombs, which will blow them to pieces if placed well. This is a fantastic game, however again the second generation consoles have updated badly by trying to make it 3D.

12. Desert Strike (Mega Drive)

This is a real classic that was great playability combined with great graphics. The missions were well structured and fun to execute, and the added bonus was that it was Sadamn Hussain's arse that you were chasing. Brilliant to play and the success of the series continues today with a stream of accomplished sequals available on the Playsation. Well worth a look at if you can.

13. Grand Theft Auto

Despite causing quite a stir when it was released due to its content Grand Theft Auto really isn't the sick and depraved game some would have you believe. What is is infact is a very original, fun, and absorbing game in which you must perform certain mob tasks, such as stealing weed, in order to earn money and move to a different city. Definately worth buying, especially as it is now platinum, and one that will have you hooked for ages. Ignore comments about the graphics being poor, they do the job and are actually quite good.

14. The Terminator (Mega Drive)

I am not really a great fan of platform games, however I found myself totally addicted to this game. This game, like Goldeneye on the N64, shows that decent film tie-ins can be made. The fact that the game follows the story of the film quite closely is part of the reason why it is so enjoyable, especially the shoot-out in the police station. There is one problem though, and that is that it was all over a bit too soon, but that said it was great fun whilst it lasted.

15. Cannon Fodder (Mega Drive/SNES)

This is a truly superb game, and once again a very original idea. Basically you have to lead a number of little soldiers on increasingly hard missions, which is very simple but suprisingly addictive. The men are very similar to the sprites used for the players in Sensible Soccer and they work very well, I found myself trying very hard to keep men alive and being a little gutted when the men die. I am hoping there may be a Playsation update, or maybe the original released straight to Platinum, fingers crossed.

16. Worms (Mega Drive/Playstation)

yet another highly enjoyable multiplayer game. On your own Worms is not really a whole lot of fun, however get a few mates round and you will be playing it for hours, it is a great laugh, with neat little graphics and a number of humourous phrases from the worms themselves. It is bargain now that it has gone platinum, especially if you can find it second hand anywhere.

17. Resident Evil (Playsation)

Resident Evil really impressed me when I first played it, as the graphics were stunning and the sound was extremely atomospheric. To play it was enthralling and a very enjoyable blend of action, puzzle-solving, and suspence. At only 19.99 it is very good value for money, and the sequal too is definately worth a look.

18. Lemmings (Mega Drive/SNES)

I do like a good puzzle game and this is most definately that. It's a little old now and has appeared on almost every platform, however the appeal is still there and it is another game that is great fun in two player. The other bonus is that it is another game that you can pick up nice and cheap.

19. Speedball (Mega Drive)

Speedball is a fast and very addictive futuristic sports game, seemingly based on rugby. The one player mode is challenging with league and cup modes, whilst the two-player game will keep you going for absolutely ages, anothe cracking multiplayer game.

20. Rolling Thunder II (Mega Drive)

This was another brilliant game which allowed two players to take part in a sideways scrolling shoot-em-up. It was good fun on your own but unsuprisingly better with a friend. The game combined slick graphics with fast and exciting gameplay. A corker!
